Suffering from chestnut ink disease, certain forests in Île-de-France (Paris and its region) are deteriorating rapidly. On some plots, where trees are diseased or dead, the French National Forestry Office (ONF), a partner of A Tree for You, must restor to sanitation felling. This project aims to restore woodlands using species more resilient to climate change. It also includes a strong social component by raising awareness among younger generations about the need to protect such forests.
90% of the donations received will be put into the project and the remaining 10% used to cover the running costs of A Tree For You
