Agroforestry project in vineyards in the Cognac region, Charente department, France

Créée en 2007 à l’occasion du Casdar Agroforesterie 2006-2008, l’AFAF travaille depuis 2010 au développement de l’agroforesterie en France, aussi bien sur la scène agricole, politique qu’auprès du grand-public. L’association est une plateforme d’échanges et de partenariat entre les agriculteurs, les opérateurs de l’arbre champêtre, la recherche, les décideurs politiques, les collectivités, administrations… Force de proposition au niveau national comme international, elle travaille pour que l’arbre retrouve sa place au sein des systèmes agricoles.Created in 2007 on the occasion of the Casdar Agroforesterie 2006-2008, AFAF has been working since 2010 on the development of agroforestry in France, on the agricultural, political and consumer levels.
