The project aims to restore the Marismas Nacionales Sinaloa wetlands in Mexico, which are currently suffering from the effects of human activities and climate change. The construction of artificial channels and the planting of 30,000 mangrove trees, together with local fishing communities, will improve water quality and generate a better habitat for vegetal and animal biodiversity, including fish, crustaceans and bivalve shells, which are essential resources for local communities.
95% of the donations received will be put into the project and the remaining 5% used to cover the running costs of A Tree For You
